The Club held the Senior and Youth Annual Presentations together for the first time on Friday 29/12/17.
Congratulations to the winners across all codes. Thanks to our club members who were part of the Fermanagh Ladies' team that won Junior All-Ireland in 2017.
The ladies finished off the year with a mixed weekend. Well done to the reserve team who beat Derrygonnelly in the Division 2 final and commiserations to the Senior team who were well beaten by Newtownbutler in the Division 1 final. Congratulations also to the Minor ladies who won the Division 1 league.
Congratulations to both the Under 12 and Under 16 Boys who recently won Division 1 titles on the same day. Under 12 Boys defeated a tenacious Lisnaskea Emmett’s team and emerged with a two point margin. This was a hard-fought game but Kinawley justly earned the title.
As the adult footballing season is now over, I want to congratulate the Senior men’s team on their sterling and dominant game against Teemore Shamrocks at the weekend. They were in control from the start and fully deserved the win. Congratulations to the team and management.
The Senior Championship kicked off on Saturday 26th August with a match against Tempo.
The footballing season is entering a crucial period, with fixtures coming thick and fast for all adult teams.
