We have come to the end of 2018 and are looking forward to a busy and successful new season. This has been a great year for the club, especially for our underage girls and Senior Ladies.

Oct 2018 Newsletter - Issue 29

October 2018 has been a busy month across many of the codes of football in the Club. Senior Men played Derrygonnelly in Division 1 League Semi-Final early in the month. Although the final result was not to our liking, we showed that we are worthy of retaining our position in this division.

Sep 2018 Newsletter - Issue 28

Welcome to the September 2018 Newsletter, the Club’s 28th edition. This has been a busy month for underage teams as well as the Senior Ladies. We hosted 3 Championship games and the large numbers attending had the opportunity to enjoy football on our fantastic premises.

Aug 2018 Newsletter - Issue 27

The team ended Division 1 league with 22 points and secured 4th position. As a result, they have earned a semi-final play-off with Derrygonnelly. The league was parked mid August to make way for the Championship. Kinawley played in the Intermediate Championship and met Enniskillen Gaels on Saturday 18th August, the first game of a double header in Derrygonnelly.

July 2018 Newsletter - Issue 26

July 15th 2018 marks the 60th anniversary of the death of Kinawley man Patrick McManus, a true Gael and the namesake of our football grounds. Patrick, with his twin brother Terence, was born to Celia and Patrick McManus in March 1929, part of a large family of 10 children.

The trip would not have been possible without this help. The Club and County was represented by Under 14 player Donnacha Morris in the All-Ireland Féile football skills competition. Donn Corrigan represented Lisbellaw Hurling Club and County in Hurling.
